About the show
Great food starts with a great story. Taste of Australia follows the people, places and produce that make this country such a remarkable place to eat. Across eight seasons and two BBQ specials, I've travelled all over Australia, meeting the growers, makers and local characters behind our food, then cooking with the produce that makes each place special.
At every stop I get stuck in, meet the locals and bring their ingredients to the table, whether that's oysters straight out of the water at Coffin Bay, cooking in front of Uluru in the Red Centre, or back home on the Northern Beaches.
