Carajillo
I know people love a Espresso Martini and lets be honest, that can get a little boring, so here is another coffee cocktail that I think you will love - The Carajillo. Three ingredients, one very flavourful cocktail.

Method
- Pour Licor 43 and Fresh Espresso (hot, room temp, or cold brew) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a few gratings of cinnamon quill.
Notes
You’ll find Licor 43 at bottle shops.
