Honey Butter Sea Salt Ritz
The simplicity of this isn’t lost on me, but gosh it works! The rich, golden-baked, buttery flavour, delicate flakey layers, perfectly balanced salty finish of the Ritz and this whipped honey butter is the perfect dipper.
Ingredients
Method
- Drop butter, vanilla and honey into a stand mixer with whisk attachment and whip butter until creamy, light and fluffy.
- Add to a small serving dish and drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and serve with Ritz Minis.
