Filthy Martini
I love a martini, but I like it my way. No vermouth, with vodka, on the rocks in a short glass and with that much olive brine in it, it tastes like the ocean.
Ingredients
Method
- Drain the olives and reserve 60ml of the olive brine.
- Place some ice cubes in the bottom of a glass and fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the olive brine and vodka to the shaker and shake well to chill and combine. Strain into the glass and garnish with lots of olives on a cocktail pick.
